UPDATE All Ireland Football Final Tickets

    Crest

The club closed its list for All Ireland Football Final Tickets at 6pm yesterday (Friday) with requests from 171 individuals for 196 tickets.

The club had received an allocation of 98 tickets which includes specific allocations for the club officers.

The club submitted its order this afternoon to the county board. This was submitted by way of a spreadsheet with names and e-mail addresses in pods of two.

Ticketmaster will contact one member of the pod in the coming days with their ticket and you will be given 24 hrs to pay and download your ticket.

I have e-mailed each pod and asked them to contact each other to arrange handover of tickets and payment.

Priority was given to our players, coaches, members actively involved in the club and the supporters of our annual club draw.

As the club understands it there is a very low chance of a second allocation but if there is the club will let you know.

Your patience and understanding is appreciated.

    Kind regards

    Update All Ireland Final Tickets

UPDATE All Ireland Football Final tickets

Further to my previous messages, the deadline is 6pm tomorrow (Friday 27th August)

No requests will be accepted after the deadline.

Please e-mail  your request to swinfordgaa@gmail.com.

Currently there are requests for in excess of 170 tickets and the club has been allocated 88 stand and 10 terrace tickets.

Included in that allocation are specific tickets for the club officers. In addition to that allocation players who played at least 0ne Senior county championship match for Mayo are allocated a ticket.

Priority will be given to our members, players, coaches, sponsors and the supporters of our annual club development draw.  Particularly members who are involved in the club.

On Saturday the club must submit names and e-mail addresses and telephone numbers of those who have been allocated a ticket. These must be submitted in pods of two. I will be emailing each pair of recipients on Saturday.

Recipients will receive an e-mail from Ticketmaster to pay and download their tickets. I would ask that you print the tickets and furnish one ticket to your pair.

The club will not be able to satisfy demand and a lot of people will be disappointed. The club is doing its best with limited resources.

    Kind regards

Further to my previous message we were informed late last night that club orders must be with the county board by Saturday 28th at 6pm.

The club deadline is now 6pm on Friday 27th August. Please e-mail  your request to swinfordgaa@gmail.com.

The club has been allocated 88 stand and 10 terrace tickets. Included in that allocation are specific tickets for the club officers. In addition to that allocation players who played at least 0ne Senior county championship match for Mayo are allocated a ticket.

Any requests after this deadline will not be accepted.

Priority will be given to our members, players, coaches, sponsors and the supporters of our annual club development draw.

Tickets will be allocated in pods of 2 but Please do not request multiple tickets as the club will not be in a position to give any member more than one ticket. I will have to group members together for the purposes of the tickets.
