50/50 Draw

This weeks draw was held in Quinns and Philly Dunleavy of Park Road, Swinford won €447.
Envelopes are available in most business premises and online through www.swinfordgaa.ie where tickets can be purchased in bundles of 10/25/52 weeks. Next draw is in Sheepwalk on the 31st January. Draw envelopes are available at 3 for €5.

Intermediate Team Management

The club is happy to announce that Tom Byrne from Kiltimagh is the new Intermediate team manager for 2017. Tom is well known to us in Swinford from his work with Kiltimagh GAA and basketball. Michael Lenihan will be a selector and Shane Campbell will be the Goalkeeping coach and general bagman…..Billy McNicholas will assist with the coaching.
The junior team will be under the managment of Tom Feeney and Billy McNicholas.
We wish all our managers the best for the upcoming season.

Underage Registration

Club Registration 2017 for ages Under 6 to Under 14 is Saturday 28th January 11am to 1pm in The Gateway Hotel. Fees have been retained at 2016 levels: One child €40, Two children €70, Three or more children €100.

We are all looking forward to an enjoyable 2017.

Membership

Club membership is now open. Non playing membership is €20, Adult Player €60, Student Player €50. Please contact a club official.

GAA National Club Draw 2017

The GAA through Croke Park have launched the 2017 GAA National Club Draw with great prizes ranging from an Opel Corsa Car to All Ireland packages with 14 prizes in total.  Tickets at €10 are available from club officers.

This weeks draw was held in Melletts and Tom Carney of Pontoon Road, Castlebar won €727. Tom bought his draw envelope in Nestors Hairdressers, Market Street, Swinford.

New Year Greetings

Swinford GAA club wishes all its members, players, managers, coaches and supporters a very Prosperous 2017.
