  • Egan jewellers intermediate championship kiltimagh v swinford

    Swinford GAA Crest

    Round 1 of Egan Jewellers Intermediate Championship is scheduled for this Sunday (2nd August) 6pm at Gilmartin Park, Kiltimagh.

    Due to the current restrictions attendance is limited to 200 people.

    The club have been allocated tickets for the team panel, backroom team, club officers and 36 tickets for club members.

    Any request for tickets must be sent to swinfordgaa@gmail.com before 7pm on Wednesday 29th July. The club will do it best to allocate tickets but not all members will be successful.

    Updates for the game will be on the club twitter and Facebook accounts.

    Swinford GAA 50/50 draw


    The club 50/50 draw was held in Eurospar and Daire Mullarkey won €261Envelopes are available in business premises in town and online through www.swinfordgaa.ie where tickets can be purchased in bundles of 10/25/52 weeks or from club officers. The next draw will be in Moores Supermarket on 28th July. Draw envelopes available for €2 each or 3 for €5.The club will like to thank everyone for their support.

    The club executive have met and discussed the document issued from Croke Park on the 5th June – Safe Return to Gaelic Games. The document is available on our website and I would encourage all members to read it.Each team will have a designated Covid Officer. Club grounds will reopen on June 29th for non-contact training. All players parents/guardians and team personnel must complete a certified e-learning module on gaa.ie. This will take approx 30 minutes and is mandatory for participation in club activities. The link is available on our social media pages and on our website. Before initial training recommences all players will have to complete a health questionnaire including temperature reading.

    The club 50/50 draw was held in Campbells Lounge and Mary Sheedy won €201.

    Mary bought her draw entry online at swinfordgaa.ieEnvelopes are available in business premises in town and online through www.swinfordgaa.ie where tickets can be purchased in bundles of 10/25/52 weeks or from club officers.
