Swinford GAA 50/50 draw

This weeks draw was held in Gateway and Sinead & Fergal O’Malley of Mountgordon, Castlebar won €440. The winning envelope was sold by club volunteers Gearoid Brady and John Dunne on Saturday night. 
Envelopes are available in most business premises and online through www.swinfordgaa.ie where tickets can be purchased in bundles of 10/25/52 weeks. The next draw is in Moores on Tuesday 12th November. Draw envelopes available for €2 each or 3 for €5

Club Annual General Meeting
The AGM of the club will be held on Sunday 10th November in Gateway Hotel at 6pm. Members are invited to submit their nominations for the positions of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, PRO, Children’s Welfare Officer, Registrar, County Board Representative, Executive Committee.
Nominations to reach the Secretary by Friday the 8th of November. Please note new date. 
Nominations are to be accompanied by a letter signed by the nominee indicating that they are willing to allow their name go forward.

Keep Sunday 1st December free in your diary as the club will be having a major fundraising event in Julians of Midfield.

Table Quiz

The club would like to thank Darren and Nicola in The Turf Shed for hosting our very successful table quiz on Friday 18th. Thanks also to our raffle sponsors Patrick Cunney, Mary Murphy, Sheepwalk Bar and Tara Moran.
