The town of Longford has rebranded itself for the All-Ireland weekend as Little Mayo, so there’s no hiding who we are cheering for in the big match. However we do have a number of good humoured Dublin fans whom we’ve rounded up into our Dublin quarter.

We know a huge number of Mayo folk are traveling east this weekend and we would love if you stopped in our town for just a few minutes – especially if you are traveling on the Friday or Saturday.

There is free parking in the town for Mayo people whilst any of the restaurants are running Little Mayo specials. In addition to all the red and green, we’ve also renamed all our main streets in honour of the Mayo players and team for the weekend.

If you are traveling east for the match, we’d love to see you in Longford and we’ll roll out the red and green carpet for you.
