This weeks draw was held in Gateway Hotel and Tom O’Connor of Carrowbeg, Swinford won ā¬531. The winning ticket was sold by Tommy Dyna Feeney.

National club draw tickets are now available from club officers at ā¬10 each with fantastic prizes to be won. Draw will take place on 6th March. Tickets available online at swinfordgaa.ie and from club officers.

To cover rising costs in running the club, membership has increased for 2019. The major items of cost in running the club are ā¬6,800 to the GAA injury scheme, ā¬12,500 to Mayo GAA, ā¬8,000 to cover the cost of Bank of Ireland loan. There are also substantial charges every year for bus hire, pitch maintenance and East Mayo GAA levies and costs for use of the Amenity Park and Community Centre. For 2019 the following membership will apply:
Ordinary Adult Club member ā¬20
Adult Player ā¬60
Underage player ā¬60, ā¬100 for two in family, ā¬120 for three or more in family.
