The Nicky Cleere Trust was set up to manage and raise funds for Nicky Cleere, the 1999 Dublin Minor football Captain, a team that contained current Dublin footballers such as Alan Brogan and Stephen Cluxton. Nicky was a victim of a serious hit and run accident in Portugal in 2009 and has been subsequently left with a serious brain injury.
